MERCED HIGH SPEED RAIL. Coordinated with site location expert and City departments to reevaluate properties and strengthen proposal for Heavy Maintenance Facility to serve California's new High Speed Rail.
WEB USER STUDY. Chabin coordinated with Austin Consulting and FirstEnergy to research the way site selectors actually use web sites — what content is most important and which "bells and whistles" are desirable.
