Vicki Doll

Vicki is the calm, level-headed voice of reason when stakeholder sparks begin to fly. Having been a small business owner, and having lived in both major urban cities and rural settings, she has a special knack for the entrepreneurial and downtown development side of community strategies, as well as industrial development. Throughout her 30+ years in the economic development industry she has written and implemented business retention and attraction strategies for both industrial and retail/commercial markets and downtowns, conducted feasibility studies, community assessments, industry and retail research and cluster analysis. Vicki is the lead contact for Chabin’s and its partners’ tools for economic and workforce development.
