Chabin Concepts is celebrating its 30th anniversary during the month of June by posting "30 memories in 30 days" on Facebook. The June 13 entry is this classic "Care and Feeding of Audrey" guide that early employee, Christine Kerst, wrote back in the early 1990s. We salute her creativity — and observational skills. Note to concerned readers: Audrey's eating habits have improved since then, although she does need occasional prodding to step away from her three computer monitors.
